Happy 2012!
Next year is here early once again. We are now taking bookings for the 2012 season. A price list and list of Frequently Asked Questions are attached.
Our prices are generally set for private parties for groups of up to 50 people. Prices include all applicable taxes, food, & drinks, but do not include tip (we recommend 15-20%). A premium drink package is available at a cost of $500. If your group is larger than 50 people we can accommodate you, but we will charge you on a pro rata basis for each guest after 50. Our bleacher seating holds up to 70 people, but there is plenty of room for additional patrons around picnic tables and in our bar area, outfitted with two HDTVs. Please inform us in advance if you expect more than 50 guests, our total occupancy is 100.
You must designate a host for the party—someone who takes responsibility for arriving before the guests, providing a guest list prior to the event, settling the bill and ensuring guests follow the small number of rooftop rules. You may not resell the rooftop to a third party. Children over the age of 8 are welcome but alcohol will be served only to those who can prove they are over 21.
In order to confirm your party, we require a deposit of 1/2 the cost of the game, refundable only if the game is cancelled. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card. If you are mailing a check please reference the date of your event, the designated host and the company. Make checks payable to Murphy’s Rooftop Company.
